1924-25, definitive issue, soldier 3r dark brown and green, perforation 13?x10, appropriate Merke (Sirdarya Obl.) postal cancellation of 1925, one short tip of perforation at right, otherwise VF and very rare, vast majority of these stamps exists in mint condition. They were sold through Torgsin stores, some of those were cancelled to order and very limited quantity was in real postal circulation. These stamps are much scarcer then similar ones with perforation 10
