1924-25, definitive issue, soldier 3r dark brown and green, perforation 13 1/2x10, appropriate Merke (Sirdarya Obl.) postal cancellation of 1925, one short tip of perforation on the right, otherwise VF and very rare, vast majority of these stamps exist in mint condition and was sold through Torgsin stores, some of those were cancelled to order and very limited quantity was in real postal circulation, therefore they are much scarcer then used stamps with perforation 10
