1914-17, 135 postal history items and 124 used stamps, neatly arranged on stockpages, representing 78 different districts of Russian Poland, Baltic territories, Ukrainian and Byelorussian Gubernias, including two registered items (they are very scarce), nice range of various censorship cancellations and many-many more, minor usual conveyance flaws should be expected, nice and useful holding, F/VF. These postal markings had been used during the World War I to hide city-town names from enemy, some of them were in usage for short time period
