Bear set of 15 values was issued in January 31, 1922, they were in postal circulation until February 16 (a little more then two weeks); the following five lots representing seven very rare covers franked by these stamps 1922 (January 31), First Day cover addressed to Suomussalmi, franked by 20p rose red, 40p magenta and 50p gray green, tied by appropriate Uhtua date stamps, "13.II.22" arrival ds on reverse, mostly VF, Est. $400-$500 . |
