Romanian Occupation of Ukraine - Collection 1919, 87 mostly mint (15 used) stamps on stockpages, including three values used on two pieces, each expertized by Bulat, and two blocks of 60h on 20h, expertized by Berbeka, all other material has old-time hs or not signed, in our opinion some of these stamps are questionable or forgeries, condition is a little mixed, generally nice looking lot, which can be real windfall for a specialist, F/VF, huge C.v.
