Neat Collection in a Blue Album 1857-66, the collection starts with pre-philatelic entire wrapper from Riga to London of 1825, contains approximately 150 mint and used stamps,several pairs and blocks of four, including No. 1 (2) and 2 (4), as well as nice range of later issues, some mixed condition noted, generally nice and clean, full/part of OG or used, F/VF, high C.v.
