1907, stationery envelope 14k blue, size 145x81mm, sent by registered mail from Kharkov to Moscow in 1918, uprated by eight adhesives, postmarked on arrival, VF, these envelopes were not officially issued, they had been overprinted and used in Russian PO in China. The presented envelope is a philatelic mailing, but in fact it's one of just a few known used exemplars
