Volchansk 1872, registered cover sent on September 30 from Kharkov to Moscow, franked by 10k brown and blue (No.23) in horizontal strip of four, in addition bearing imperforated zemstvo stamp of 5k black, yellow and red, pen-cross cancelled and right corner of the stamp tied by Kharkov ds, Moscow "2.Oct.1872" receiver, several folds did not detract, mostly VF, the only known postal history item bearing Volchansk stamp according to V. Katsman's Cat.
