Intact Valuable Accumulation on Stockpages 1918-41, about 750 mint and used stamps and six souvenir sheets, starting with Tallinn issue with many signed stamps, but in our opinion only two or three values are genuine, continues with singles and blocks of regular stamps, airpost surcharges (two high values are forgeries), nice material thereafter with many NH stamps and souvenir sheets, and finally approximately 150 stamps of German Occupation issues of the World War I and II (Elva overprints look dubious), minor flaws should be expected, mostly F/VF and high potential lot, legitimate C.v. is about $2,500
