Neat Collection 1920, 32 mint stamps, representing upwards and downwards (inverted) "РУБ" black handstamped overprint over Kharkov and Kiev tridents (types described) and Imperial stamps, in addition two Kiev surcharges (7500r - used and inverted 8000r - mint), nice and fresh stamps arranged on pages from a Collection, full OG, some NH, but mainly LH/hinged, F/VF, C.v. is about $2,000 (website photo)
