| 1920, two stamps with provisional diagonal surcharges 5c on 5k and 50c on 50k, vertical pair of 14c on 14k, four stamps used on two parts of postal receipt, tied by Harbin date stamps ("30.9.20" and "12.2.21"), in addition a single of $10 on 10r with Harbin cancellation and perfin "X.K.", nice state of preservation, VF and extremely rare, these provisional surcharges were produced in Harbin due to shortage of stamps in that period . |
