Kashgar (Sinkiang Prov.)
Due to Russian Revolution of 1917 and Civil War of 1918 Chinese merchants became anxious for safety of their wealth and sent their money to parent companies in Tientsin. These mailings were in form of money letters, each containing 500 roubles, the highest amount permitted.
