Mainly References Collection 1941, black overprints of three different types "Laisvi. Telsiai. 1941.VI.26" on 91 Soviet Union definitive and commemorative mint stamps, numerous overprint varieties, however including some questionable items (se-tenant pairs and some inverted surcharges) and forgeries, especially on Exhibition Pavilions, condition is fresh and nice, full OG, mainly NH, VF, legitimate C.v. €1,400 (website photo)
