Latvia (Lettland) 1941, black overprint "Latvija. 1941.1.VII." on 10k, 15k, 20k and 30k, all are printed on thick (0.085-0.09mm) paper, the last one with sheet margin, 10k has slight gum wave, full OG, NH, VF, stamp of 15k with expert's hs on reverse, only stamps of 20k and 30k are priced in Michel (€400)
