| 1926, Esperanto Congress, 14k bluish green and violet, red typo overprint "Obrazets" at the bottom, perfect quality single, full OG, LH, VF and the only known example of that specimen until now, ex-V. Ustinovsky. According to his notes this overprint was produced by order of Genrikh Yagoda, Chief of Soviet Security and Intelligence Agency (NKVD), who was a prominent philatelist . |
