| 1959, "Strengthening the Connection between School and National Economy", Students Driving a Combine, rejected design and denomination of 60k in blue green, nicely centered with intact perforation 12½x12 as issued stamps of 40k and 1r, probably removed from a presentation card, gummed, VF and extremely rare, according to our records this stamp had never been offered at any Public Sale. In our opinion it was unissued because of an umbrella over combine operators' heads. Picturing on the stamp combine "Stalinets-4" (S-4) at that time had a cabin roof . |
