Collection on Pages 1880-1920, over 100 mint and used (40) stamps, starting with pre-philatelic Peking cancellation on Imperial 7k gray and rose of 1879, neatly arranged overprints "Kitai", later surcharges with nice range of Harbin issue, which included two inverted and one double surcharge, minor flaws possible, generally nice and fresh unit, full OG or used, F/VF, C.v. is over $2,100 (website photo)
