1914-15, 51 mint stamps, representing the first and second issues on colored or white paper, practically complete (instead of 3k with perforation 12½ presented a forgery), including seven fantails and two pairs imperforated between stamps, complete set of "Obrazets" overprints, double and inverted overprints look dubious, nice quality overall (we just mention occasional gum toning on several stamps), full OG, mainly NH, VF (website photo)
